A Clinic To Remember
The first of the Olympians Swim Clinics for Cayman swimmers was held at Camana Bay Pool yesterday and the 30 swimmers who attended had an amazing experience.
World Class swimmers, Liam Tancock and Caitlin McClatchey gave them an insight into the development of their careers from age group swimmers to senior athletes and shared with them the skills and drills that have put them at the top of their game.
The poise, balance and efficiency of Caitlin McClatchey's freestyle technique was a sight to behold and the power, combined with finesse, of Liam Tancock's backstroke start left many speechless.
A one in a lifetime opportunity for this group of young swimmers!
* the 2nd clinic, aimed at the 11yrs & under age group takes place this evening at the Lions Pool 4.00 - 5.30pm
