CIASA Launches Strategic Plan

The Cayman Islands Amateur Swimming Association has launched a comprehensive Strategic Plan for Swimming.

The plan, fully endorsed by the CIASA Board and enthusiastically welcomed by the Cayman Islands Government, covers all aspects of swimming development on island; coach/teacher education, water safety, learn to swim, school swimming and competitive swimming etc.

Over the coming weeks and months new intiatives will be introduced to create structures,pathways and incentives which will positively impact on the Cayman Swimming Community.
