Three More Records Fall At Pete Ribbins Meet

Three more CIASA Records fell on the final day of the Pete Ribbins Memorial Meet held at the Lions Pool.

Stephanie Royston, fresh from setting records in the 200m free and 100m butterfly, completed a hat trick by claiming the 8ys & under 200m IM in 3:46.34. Avery Lambert, also swimming in the 8yrs & under, smashed her own 100m backstroke record with a 1:46.51.

Danielle Boothe, an events machine over the 4 day meet, dug deep as she swam to a new senior record of 2:47.69 in the 200m breaststroke.

Despite a challenging meet format many swimmers took on a substantial number of events and continued to post fine performances throught the meet.
