Dolphin Kick Underwater...The 5th Stroke

 
For all of you who appreciate a bit of yards action.

Here's a link to an interview with a 14yr old boy who just set a new US Age Group Record for 100yds backstroke of 48.7...he can kick 22 secs for 50 yds underwater!
