Emma at CBAC and Swimming With The Governor

Emma Hollis, double world record holder (S8) and 9 times European Medallist. gave a short presentation to CBAC swimmers last night before giving them a practical demonstration of her stroke and turning technique. She then joined them for part of their training session.

And..a good time was had by all!

This morning she joined The Governor, Duncan Taylor, for an early morning sea swim...a quick one mile effort to get her ready for Saturday's 800m Sea Swim.
