CARIFTA Countdown In Jamaica

 
The Cayman CARIFTA Team 2013 has enjoyed another pre meet session.

Swimmers worked with Coaches Ian Armiger, Katie Lambert and Andy Copley in the 50m competition pool to hone their race skills, race pace and stroke counts. ...they also took the opportunity to try out their new suits.

Team morale is high and the team is looking forward to racing.
