Final Touches Before CARIFTA Showtime

 
Cayman swimmers put the final touches to their CARITA preparations this morning.

A loosen in the pool, relay takeovers and team cheers (pictured) were all part of the preparations as the buoyant team look forward to racing.

The 18 strong team are rested and ready (some even shaved!) for tomorrow's 9.00 am blast off
