Brett Fraser Sends Message To CARIFTA Swimmers

It was GREAT to see Shaune Fraser  supporting the team at CARIFTA.

Unfortunately Brett couldn't make it to Jamaica BUT he was following the results and has sent the followiing message

Congratulations to everyone who was a part of the 2013 CARIFTA Team, especially Lauren Hew, Geoffrey Butler, Catriona MacRae, Kavanagh Lambert, Cole Morgan, Samantha Bailey & Coral Tomascik who were able to bring home hardware! 

Your hard work, dedication and outstanding performances have put the Cayman Islands in the sporting spotlight once again. To the first timers: I'm sure it was a tremendous learning experience — use your observations from the meet and apply them everyday at practice. Continue to motivate each other; the  opportunity to train with teammates arises on a daily basis and all of you should be interested in each others' success, as much as your own; teammates are second family. The amount of improvement seen collectively across the group is something you guys should be really proud of!

Once again a huge congrats to the entire team, coaches and fans who attributed to Cayman's success this year.

I hope to see all of you soon and keep up the fantastic efforts!
