New Russian System Working As 14yr Old Girl Goes 2:08.39 200m Backstroke?

 
It looks as though the new structure put in place by the Russian Federation is starting to work.

14yr old Daia Ustinova took the 200m backstroke at the Russian Nationals in 2:08.39; her previous best being a 2:14.65.
