Emma Hollis Back To Her Best
Emma Hollis, Paralympian & World Record Holder, who recently visited Cayman as part of Honouring Women's Month and wowed everyone with her inspirational story is almost back to her best.
Emma, who competed in the 2012 Paralympics with a broken ankle and dislocated elbow, recently raced in the British International Disabiltiy Championships and took Gold in the 100m freestyle (1st European) and Gold in the 400m freestyle (3rd European); her times of 1:12.84 and 5:28.41 being just outside her lifetime bests.
