Swimmers Just Do It....

More and more Cayman swimmers are getting on the Fast Swimming Train.....

Training twice per day (swim + land) addressing area of nutrition etc...and pursuing their dreams of FAST SWIMMING.

There's still a way to go but we are getting there.....

Remember....it's scary how fast you can swim if you do the right things.

The sport and the lifestyle is the same the world over...

Here;s what 15yr old  Ruta Meilutyte (Olympic Champion) has to say........

It’s good to get back into my routine at school and inthe pool. It is the same as it was before the Olympics – I still have to be at training by 5.30 a.m., go to lessons, do more training after school and then get my homework done just like everyone else. It definitely helps me keep my feet on the ground.

I want to do my best whether it’s in the pool or in the classroom and I’m always looking ahead to the next goal. To do that I have to focus, knuckle down and work as hard as I possibly can in all areas of my life

– Ruta Meilutyte, Gold Medallist

and from 15yr old Kate Ledecky (Olympic Champion 800m Freestyle)

and   from “I continue to train like I didn’t go to the Olympics and win gold, that I still have a lot to accomplish and that keeps me motivated and excited,” Ledecky said. “In fact, I’m training harder than ever now, and I want to push myself and see how far I can go. I definitely think I can still go faster, and that includes the 200 and 400 freestyles.”
