Lauren Hew Prepares For Canadian Age Groups

 
CARIFTA Gold Medallist, Lauren Hew, travels to Canada this week to put in the final preparations before competing in the Canadian National Age Group Championships.

Lauren will be training with Guelph Aquatics Swim Team, Ontario, prior to heading to Montreal for the meet.

The Canadian Age Groups features Canada's top young swimmers and will be held from 24th-28th July.

This is a great experience for Cayman Rising Swim Star, Lauren.
