Ella Plunkett PB's In Ireland

 
Cayman's Ella Plunkett raced to two lifetime best performances at the Irish Age Group Long Course Championships being held at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin.

Ella gained familiarity with the meet by opening with a 40,90 50m breastroke before swimming to a 1:15.82 100m backstroke.

Always good for a young swimmer to cope with travelling, training with a different team and being able to swim lifetime bests.

Well Done Ella and here's to some other fine swims later in the meet.
