Ella Gets Back In Saddle!

CARIFTA finalist, Ella Plunkett, dusted herself off after yesterday's slight blip, got back in the saddle and finished her Irish Age Group Nationals campaign in PB style.

As a mark of developing versatility she swam to a lifetime best of 2:48.21 in the 100m IM before powering her way to a 30.81 50m freestyle.

Now that's what we like to see!
