Lauren Hew Fired Up For Canadian Age Groups

CARIFTA Champion, Lauren Hew, is fired up and ready to race at the Canadian National Age Group Championships which start in Montreal tomorrow.

The meet runs from 24th -28th July and Lauren starts up with one of her favourite events; the 200m backstroke.
