Big Bronze For Lauren In Canada

Lauren Hew powered her way to a bronze medal in the final of the 13yrs 50m backstroke at the Canadian National Age Group Championhips in Montreal, Canada.

Utilising her start, underwater kick and fast twitch speed, Lauren sprinted to 3rd place in 32.27.
