Cayman Islands 13-14 Girls Medal in the 400 Medley Relay

 
It has been a long time since a Cayman Islands Girls Relay Medaled during the CARIFTA Games; 2006 to be exact!

That streak was broken in the 400 Medlay Relay here at the 2014 CARIFTA Games. The team of  Lauren Hew, Sarah Jackson, Kav Lambert and Samantha Bailey placed 3rd in the  13-14 Girls 400 Medley Relay  with a time of  4:45.91.
