| Dear Members, The annual general meeting of CIASA was held on 14 March 2018 (the "AGM") in accordance with the memorandum and articles of association of CIASA. Attached is a PDF copy of a certificate regarding certain resolutions which were approved during the AGM. I have provided a brief summary below: Secretary's Certificate 2018 AGM 1. Our financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 were approved. 2. KPMG were re-appointed as the auditors of CIASA. 3.
