There have been 25 New CIASA Records set since September 2012! WELL DONE to all swimmers and coaches.... Great Stuf!!

The Camana Bay Aquatic Club 200m/600m Sea Swim, postponed from last week, went smoothly and attracted a good spread of swimmers. The event, held at Governors Beach, is the second in the Open Water series..the next event being the 200m/800m swim which takes place on March 23rd. Great job from all involved!

Younger swimmers are showing their talents in Poland and the UK. James Myles of the Cayman Islands Olympic Committe gave an insighful and well received presentation on Anti Doping to our CARIFTA Qualifiers. The succinct and informative presentation covered all aspects of Anti Doping policies and procedures and will be particualy useful for those in the age group which will be subject to random testing at this year's CARIFTA. Due to unusually inclement weather conditions and stormy seas, the planned CBAC 200m/600m Sea Swim was postponed. The decision was taken in the interest of swimmer safety and the rescheduled date will be announced soon. Good call by Coach Dominic Ross (Race Director)!
